The equipment used is all owned and maintained by myself. I only use the highest quality equipment. From the CD players, the mixers and the amps to the cables that connect the speakers. Backup equipment is carried at all times so if something were to go wrong the event would not suffer.

The main components of the equipment consist of a Gemini dual CD player with anti-shock technology, a Gemini single CD player and a Numark mixer. The anti-shock feature helps to eliminate the skipping of a CD from accidental bumping during use. These are all housed in a custom made case that hides all of the unsightly wires. The case is covered in a black carpet material and makes for a very neat look. As for amplification and speakers, I use Peavey amps and Cerwin Vega speakers. Monster Cable brand speaker wire and connector cables bring it all together. Shure and Audio Technic microphones are the microphones of choice. A photo of a typical setup is below.

Speaker placement is a key factor for every function. I use speaker stands that allow me the flexibility to elevate the speakers to multiple heights. I discuss speaker placement with you when we meet prior to the event and consideration is given to guests with 'sensitive ears' when determining where the speakers will ultimately go. Plenty of time is allotted prior to an event to test the specific room(s) for acoustics because not every room sounds the same.

Lighting can add to the success of a party and it is available. There is no added charge for this and it is at your request that it is used. I use American DJ brand lighting equipment.
